Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and establish a baseline for intervention.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs, collaborating with families and other professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate children’s progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with best practices and federal/state regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families through regular communication, fostering a trusting relationship to encourage family engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Comply with all relevant federal and state regulations while upholding the highest standards of practice in all engagements.
• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to develop insights and recommendations for interventions grounded in children’s natural learning environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on young children, specifically those aged birth to three years, who are at risk of or affected by developmental delays and disabilities. You will work closely with families to help them understand their child's needs, celebrate their achievements, and promote healthy development through tailored strategies and resources.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Must possess a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary as some travel may be required for assessments or meetings.
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet varied learning styles, ensuring effective intervention and family support personalized to each child's treatment plan.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings, demonstrating expertise in developmental assessments and family support.
• A proven commitment to Natural Learning Environment practices that promote child-centered learning and family involvement in the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your professional contributions. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
