Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Solaris Behavioral Health Center. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Solaris Behavioral Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children.
• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitoring the progress and outcomes of interventions as a key member of the therapeutic team.
• Providing parents and caregivers with valuable support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of their children.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding children’s services.
• Building therapeutic rapport with children to foster a positive and effective learning environment.
• Using appropriate tools and methodologies to adapt treatment plans based on each child's learning style and developmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges. This role is crucial in shaping their early learning experiences and providing essential services that facilitate growth across various areas, including physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. You will have the opportunity to help children aged zero to three navigate challenges and reach pivotal milestones in their early years.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure through the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
• A valid driver’s license is required for potential home visits or community outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of experience working with children in early intervention settings. A background in Natural Learning Environment Practices is favored, as is experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for children and families. Your commitment to the principles of early intervention and family support will be vital to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year. Our benefits package includes:
