Job description

DoverStaffing is currently seeking stellar experienced remote call center customer service representatives. If you enjoy guiding and helping others find answers and working from your home. This is the job for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Interact and provide service to customers by responding to inquiries, requests, complaints and/or providing information.

  • Meet and exceed Intuit success metrics, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service and schedule adherence.
  • Leverage your strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to research information quickly.
  • Work on one of the following (7 hours) shifts:

Required qualifications:
  • High school or GED Equivalent.
  • 1 -2 years minimum high-volume call center experience
  • Excellent customer service, judgment and decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • bility to work in a team environment and results-oriented.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrate empathy and the ability to de-escalate
  • Must have an area where can work from home with a computer/laptop, internet connection to the wall/router, and headset hook-ups).
  • Successful completion of a drug screen test
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Preferred Languages required:
English, Bilingual-Spanish
