The Role We are looking for a convenience channel specialist to own Savia USA's C-store and travel center account growth nationally. This person has existing buyer relationships at major chains like Love's, Casey's, Wawa, Circle K, or comparable banners and knows exactly how to navigate resets, scan data, and distributor coordination to get product on the cooler door and keep it there. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing with no layers between you and decisions.
What You Will Do
  • Open and manage national and regional C-store and travel center chain accounts from initial pitch through purchase order
  • Leverage existing buyer relationships to accelerate sell-in across priority chains
  • Coordinate with DSD distributors and brokers to ensure execution at the store level
  • Use scan data and velocity metrics to build compelling buyer presentations and defend shelf placement
  • Attend category review meetings, trade shows, and resets as needed
  • Manage a rolling pipeline and report account status and forecast directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotional programming, and inventory alignment
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience with a clear focus on the convenience and travel center channel
  • Existing buyer relationships at C-store or travel center chains this is non-negotiable
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and hitting velocity targets at the chain level
  • Experience working with DSD distributors and national or regional brokers
  • Beverage category experience strongly preferred functional beverages, better-for-you, RTD, or juice
  • Self-starter who manages their own pipeline, time, and travel without needing oversight
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, scan data platforms, and building sell sheets and buyer presentations
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
  • Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
  • Bonus: Account milestone and annual performance bonuses
