• Conduct individual, couple, and family counseling sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer support and shared learning among participants.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that appropriately reflect client progress and changes in their situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to track client progress and ensure compliance with organizational and state standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers—such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers—to deliver holistic care for clients and address comprehensive mental health needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities by attending relevant workshops, training sessions, and conferences to refine your counseling skills.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to approach each situation with empathy and cultural sensitivity will be pivotal in fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on client-centered care.

• A positive and collaborative attitude to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

• Previous experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting is preferred.

• Experience working with clients from various cultural backgrounds and a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.

• Familiarity with therapy models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
