Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments, formulating targeted treatment plans that outline clear goals and approaches for each clientโ€™s journey to recovery.
  • Engage in teamwork and collaboration with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive well-rounded support.
  • Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and client progress to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
