• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments, formulating targeted treatment plans that outline clear goals and approaches for each client’s journey to recovery.
• Engage in teamwork and collaboration with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive well-rounded support.
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and client progress to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and ongoing education opportunities to stay informed of the latest best practices in mental health counseling.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments for clients in distress, ensuring their safety and implementing appropriate interventions when necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Your expertise will be essential in addressing issues ranging from mild to severe emotional disturbances, making a tangible difference in client lives through effective treatment and ongoing support.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of documented experience in providing counseling services, with demonstrated proficiency in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that foster positive and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A collaborative mindset with an ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, valuing input from diverse professional perspectives.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records and other relevant technologies to maintain accurate documentation and enhance service delivery.

• Experience in crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling, or working with trauma-informed care methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources, support groups, and outreach initiatives that can complement therapy offerings.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
