This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your chosen environment. Our telehealth platform is designed to facilitate effective communication and secure interactions with clients, ensuring that you can focus on delivering high-quality care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness interventions, tailored to client goals and challenges.
• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring holistic and integrated care for all clients.
• Support clients' family members by providing education about mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to ethical and regulatory requirements.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. This role provides an opportunity to help clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, fostering an understanding of their unique perspectives and needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and motivate them on their recovery journey.
• Excellent communication skills which facilitate effective teamwork with other healthcare professionals.

• Specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques, such as trauma-informed care, and experience with diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is an advantage, adapting to virtual platforms for effective client engagement.
• Experience working with clients diverse in ethnicity, age, and different life experiences enhances your effectiveness in this role.

• You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
