This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with modern office and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.

  • Organize virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes and action items.

  • Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional communications.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents with accuracy.

  • Maintain digital records, files, and confidential company information.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reporting.
