Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrator, office administrator, or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
