Job description

Purpose of this job: The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the office supply inventory and ensuring that supplies are in line with office needs. 
  • Ensuring all office equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with management team to monitor spending and other expenses.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
  • Directs/assists with office activities, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, recruiting, training, and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assists and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
  • Oversees email correspondence and mail distribution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
