Executive Administrator

Elevate Solutions Group is a rapidly growing provider of Custom Plastic Injection Molding and Integrated Supply Chain solutions. Strategically located just outside the Atlanta Metro area (Austell), the company has evolved from a niche market provider to an industry leader with state-of-the-art technologies for manufacturing.

We are seeking a skilled Executive Administrator to join our team onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. associate. This role works with Upper Management providing operational support while also serving as a primary point of contact at the front office. This role works closely with the owners and reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist / Front Office Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees entering the facility
  • Greet visitors professionally, ensure proper sign-in, notify appropriate ESG personnel of the visitors
  • Coordinate meals for visiting customers as needed
  • Assist job applicants with applications, interview check-ins, and general employment inquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office and reception area
  • Provide administrative support to the management team including travel bookings, expense tracking, report and data gathering, maintain PTO calendar, coordinate employee events and support including celebrations, recognitions and bereavements.
  • Provide support to Purchasing manager for office and other supplies
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting and/or manufacturing environments
