IT Admin Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Provide structured support, ensuring priorities, schedules, leadership meetings, and key activities are organized and executed effectively.
• Assist with annual planning, budgeting, reporting cycles, and preparation of leadership materials.
Project & Initiative Coordination
• Support the Director of IT Projects in tracking major IT initiatives, including milestone preparation, governance checkpoints, and dashboard development to enable accurate leadership reporting and oversight.
• Coordinate recurring review processes (quarterly updates, metrics reporting, governance reviews) across IT functions.
Communication & Presentation Support
• Develop, edit, and format presentations, reports, briefings, and correspondence for internal and external audiences, maintaining professional communication standards.
Operational & Organizational Support
• Coordinate incoming requests, audit and governance materials, and shared IT leadership resources to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely follow-through.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for department meetings, training sessions, vendor coordination, and peak operational periods.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional administration position.
• 3+ years' experience supporting senior leaders or teams in a professional services, law firm, or corporate IT environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
