Overview
A mission‑driven, privately held organization in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support senior leadership and office operations. Position Summary
The administrative assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for executive scheduling, administrative processes, and day‑to‑day office support. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills. The administrative assistant will work closely with leadership, interact across departments, and support a fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative assistant support to senior leadership, with full ownership of complex calendar management
  • Coordinate all internal and external meeting requests and manage scheduling across a growing team
  • Draft and manage professional email correspondence and documentation
  • Track executive priorities, action items, and follow‑ups
  • Prepare and edit presentations and materials, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint
