Position Summary


The Commercial Sales & Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the commercial and industrial coatings division for Colours Inc. This position develops and executes strategic sales initiatives, leads sales performance within the assigned territory, and strengthens long-term client relationships.


The role requires strong leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and the ability to build and implement effective sales strategies while fostering a high-performing sales culture. The Commercial Sales & Development Manager collaborates cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent execution of company standards. This position will be covering all of South Dakota and Nebraska.
