Main Tasks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate opportunities, drive sales, and close contracts/orders for the authentication portfolio in North America, focusing on the East Coast.
  • Identify and pursue potential accounts through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address customer questions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and technical pre-sales to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Expand and shape long-term business relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering or economics.
  • Proven track record in sales of security and authentication solutions.
  • Strong network with IT distributors, system integrators, and identity and access management providers.
  • Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-level.
  • Expertise with tenders and procurement processes in the public and private sector.
