About the role
This role is for an experienced and results-driven Referral Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our referral program to keep growing results. You will be responsible for execution, and growth of a program that today drives 3 in 10 new clients acquired monthly, along with brand awareness within the affiliate, influencer, media buying ecosystems.
What you'll do
  • Develop high-value referral relationships with customers, partner tech platforms, relevant B2B affiliates, and communities.
  • Cultivate long-term collaborations with partners that generate mutual business growth and consistent referral leads
  • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities, including joint content development, webinars, and case studies, to drive real value for partners and prospects
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the B2B referral program, including lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Design and manage competitive and motivating incentive and commission structures for referral partners.
  • Ensure partner activations are consistent, professional, and impactful, maintaining brand standards and high execution quality across all partner interactions.
  • Manage the referral tracking system, ensuring accurate reporting on lead source, pipeline velocity, and partner commission payouts.
  • Ensure all partnership activities adhere to legal, financial, and brand compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable track record in B2B referral marketing, partnership development, or affiliate management, ideally within the SaaS, B2B technology, or advertising industries.
  • Strong existing relationships within the B2B agency, tech platform, or media partner ecosystems are highly desirable.
  • An analytical approach to affiliate marketing and decision-making, weaving in data where there is an opportunity.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, self-sufficient, and highly proactive, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on location and experience)
