Our client, a fast-growing tech startup, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations and office administration in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent onsite opportunity with strong benefits and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
โข Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-ups
โข Maintain calendars, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings
โข Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires
โข Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
โข Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, drinks, and equipment
โข Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and running smoothly
โข Support leadership with administrative projects and documentation
โข Respond to emails, Slack messages, and greet visitors as needed
โข Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information
โข Help improve recruiting and office processes for efficiency
Qualifications:
โข Previous experience in recruiting coordination, office administration, or administrative support preferred
โข Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
โข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โข Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
โข Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
โข Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
โข Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
โข Familiarity with recruiting or HR processes
โข Customer service or front-desk experience
