One of Swoon's top clients, an American company operating online food ordering and delivery, is looking to add a Client Success Manager to their team!
Day-to-day
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Act as a client advocate, representing their needs and feedback to internal teams, including product, growth, operations, and leadership.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with a wide range of clients, including many strategic, enterprise-level accounts.
- Help shape the vision and strategy for how clients are implemented onto our Business platform.
- Set clients up for success by driving enrollment and activation, which directly impacts gross revenue.
- Serve as the team's data expert, building reports and dashboards to track performance and account health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and engineering to achieve client goals.
What's required?
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role like implementation or project management, with a focus on strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
- 4+ years of experience building reports, using SQL, and creating dashboards to drive efficiency and awareness
- A customer-obsessed mindset and a proven ability to uncover and address the core needs of clients.
- A bias for action and a talent for thriving in a constantly changing, ambiguous work environment.
- Someone who acts like an owner, taking accountability for project success and client outcomes.
- An individual with a strong attention to detail who can develop thorough and highly actionable project plans.
- A person who is always looking to improve existing processes and build new ones where they are needed.

- Competitive pay! Offering $37/hour W2 and medical, dental and vision benefits offered after 30 days of employment.
- The position starts as a 1-month W2 contract with possibility of extensions!
