We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Operations Manager to lead and scale our global interview coordination function across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for building, standardizing, and continuously improving coordination practices in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment. You will lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring operational excellence, implementing scalable scheduling infrastructure, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across all regions.

This position requires a strong balance of people leadership, operational strategy, and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to support hiring success globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

  • Oversee interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience.

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable coordination processes, workflows, and best practices across regions.

  • Establish and monitor key operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective use of ATS, scheduling, and recruiting tools.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring goals and priorities.

  • Lead coordination for complex hiring activities, including executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence to enable global hiring at scale.

  • Contribute to and lead Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting operations, scalability, and candidate experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, with team leadership experience

  • Proven experience managing or supporting global hiring operations across multiple regions

  • Strong experience in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems

  • Experience building or optimizing processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

  • Experience supporting high-volume, complex, or executive hiring is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
