Job description

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of a boutique law firm in Washington, DC. The right candidate must have experience with legal recruiting to include fall and summer associate programs.

Hybrid schedule: 3:2

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting;

• Manage summer associate, lateral attorney, and support staff job postings;

• Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events, and coordinating interviews;

• Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication;

• Maintain the recruiting database, including candidate data entry, interview scheduling, and tracking of lateral attorneys, summer associates, and support staff;

• Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings;

• Help prepare and distribute materials for Recruiting Committee meetings;

• Coordinate onboarding process of lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff; and

• Perform additional projects as assigned by the Recruiting & Human Resources Manager and Members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience;

• Ability to effectively communicate and work with people at all levels;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

• Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); and

• Experience with HRIS databases (e.g., ADP, viRecruit, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, etc.).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 25 pound
