Job description

Seniors Home Care is seeking a part-time Caregiver Recruiter who will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
This role is ideal for an organized and people-focused professional who enjoys supporting candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
You will conduct in-person interviews, track interview outcomes, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, collect required employment documentation, coordinate orientation, and ensure a smooth handoff of new hires to Human Resources.
Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 (based on experience)
Hours: 20-24 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify required interview documents. (DL, S.S. card, car insurance)
  • Conduct in-person interviews with job candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and document interview outcomes.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding application status, interview results, and next
    steps.
  • Track and maintain recruitment and hiring records, and provide updates to Carework
  • Prepare orientation packets and onboarding materials.
  • Schedule and confirm new hire orientation sessions.
  • Communicate onboarding requirements to new hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate status and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable
    employment laws.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition of new hires to the Human Resources department
    upon completion of onboarding requirements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
