About the Role
The Social Content & Recruiting Marketing Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment marketing across social media and content production, while contributing insights on trends and channel performance.
Day to Day You Will:
  • This role partners across teams to source authentic content, bring forward new ideas, and turn concepts into engaging social posts that support hiring goals.
  • This person will create, write, edit, publish, and manage content across channels, while supporting community engagement and maintaining a consistent content presence.
  • They will manage multiple projects and timelines, share performance insights, and support additional recruiting marketing initiatives beyond social content as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or campaign execution
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content across channels
  • Experience creating, editing, and publishing content across social platforms
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partner across teams to source content
  • Experience managing content calendars, posting cadence, and community engagement
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to bring ideas forward and stay current on trends
