In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
  • Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
  • Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
  • Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
  • Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
  • Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment

Qualifications:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
  • Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
  • Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
  • MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
