Job description

Job Overview
Senior PMO Managers to own delivery oversight across the full transformation portfolio. Focus areas
include commercial growth, game development, data & analytics, operations, logistics and technology. Reporting to the SVP / Head of Transformation, each Senior PMO Manager owns the end-to-end delivery oversight for their assigned workstreams - converting strategic initiatives into fully chartered projects, running a disciplined steerco cadence with functional leads, maintaining the portfolio master tracker, and ensuring that schedule, cost, and value commitments are met or escalated before they compound into larger problems. Identifying interdependencies, sequencing delivery and building full roadmap.
Responsibilities
  • Initiative Charter Development - Lead the conversion of strategic initiatives into fully defined projects - scope, deliverables, cost estimates, milestones, value cases, and owners - in close partnership with workstream functional leads
  • Portfolio Tracking - Own and maintain the workstream master tracker: RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status, milestone attainment, cost actuals vs. budget, and value delivery for every initiative in the portfolio; serve as the single source of truth for delivery status
  • Workstream Steering Committees - Chair and facilitate workstream steercos for all assigned workstreams - prepare materials, drive decisions, publish decision logs
  • Risk and Dependency Management - Maintain the risk and dependency register for the assigned portfolio; proactively surface cross-initiative blockers and escalate before they cause schedule slippage; coordinate with the counterpart Senior PMO Manager to manage cross portfolio dependencies
  • Executive Reporting - Produce portfolio status packs for the SVP / Head of Transformation; contribute to Executive Steering Committee materials and quarterly Board reporting
  • Value Alignment - Coordinate with the Value and Analytics Lead to ensure initiative milestone plans align with value delivery gates and business case commitments; flag initiatives at risk of value slippage
  • Team Enablement - Onboard and coach project coordinators within workstream teams on PMO standards, charter templates, and tracker discipline; raise program management capability across the organization

Skills/Requirements
  • Experience - 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing multi-workstream transformation programs in a dedicated PMO, strategy consulting, or comparable enterprise environment
  • Portfolio Management - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent portfolios spanning multiple functional workstreams simultaneously - commercial, operational, and/or technology
  • Reporting and Communication - Strong command of RAG status reporting, milestone tracking, risk registers, and executive status communication; able to translate delivery complexity into clear, concise executive-ready reporting
  • Stakeholder Facilitation - Experience facilitating senior stakeholder meetings and driving decisions - not just documenting them; comfortable holding functional leads accountable in a collaborative, non-adversarial way
  • Tools - Advanced proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft
  • Project, Monday.com, or equivalent; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certification - PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication - clear, concise, and outcome-focused across all levels: upward to the CEO and Board, lateral to peer SVPs, and downward to the PMO team
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Certification - PgMP, PMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred

Preferred
  • Background in strategy consulting or a dedicated enterprise PMO function
  • Experience in gaming, gaming technology, consumer entertainment, or comparable hardware- plus- software product industries
  • For the Growth role: familiarity with commercial GTM motions - sales cycles, product launches, new market entry programs
  • For the Ops/Tech/G&A role: experience managing ERP implementation, cloud migration, or data platform programs alongside operational transformation
  • Exposure to AI-enabled product development or enterprise digital transformation programs
