Position Summary:

As our Project Scheduler, you will be the heartbeat of our project timelines. Your expertise in Microsoft Project will ensure that every milestone is clear, every dependency is tracked, and every stakeholder knows exactly where we stand. You won't just be updating schedules-you'll be shaping the roadmap that keeps our teams aligned, our clients informed, and our projects moving forward with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Integrate schedules across disciplines, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Track progress against baselines, identify variances, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and validate timelines.
  • Generate and present schedule reports, dashboards, and "what-if" scenarios to support decision-making.
  • Manage resource loading and leveling in MS Project to optimize team capacity and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Support risk analysis by identifying critical paths and potential schedule impacts.
  • Maintain version control and ensure schedule documentation is accurate, current, and audit-ready.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (desktop and/or online), including advanced features such as resource leveling, custom views, and macros.
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling within engineering, construction, IT, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scheduling data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting risks and opportunities in project timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for schedule reporting and visualization is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
