Job description


Sletten Companies are looking for a well-rounded, experienced Architect, Engineer, or Construction professional interested in working on a variety of projects out of the Las Vegas office for an established national construction firm. Primary function will be to provide preconstruction services for alternate delivery projects.
Typical Duties
  • Lead preconstruction collaboration, scheduling, design and constructability reviews, and value engineering.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to prepare RFQ/RFP responses and team interviews.
  • Assist with development of conceptual through final estimates.
  • Assist with bidding and subcontractor outreach.
Qualifications
  • Three (3) yearsโ€™ professional experience in an AEC firm or similar
  • Licensed professional Architect, Engineer, or Engineer in Training
  • Experience with Alternative Delivery methods

Additional Considerations
  • AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks experience
  • Microsoft Project or P6 Scheduling skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well developed organizational and time management skills
