Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate industry partners.
  • Guide clients through the complete real estate process, including consultations, property searches, offer negotiations, and closings.
  • Evaluate market trends and develop accurate property valuations, comparative market analyses, and pricing recommendations.
  • Design and execute effective listing campaigns through online marketing, open houses, professional referrals, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate and monitor showings, inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and other key transaction activities.
