Are you enthusiastic about real estate and possess excellent organizational abilities? We are looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic team. In this position, you will provide vital administrative support to our agents, accurately handle property listings, and facilitate effective communication between clients and team members. Your keen eye for detail and proactive mindset will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and are motivated to grow your career in real estate, we want to connect with you!
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and expectations:
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch, a comprehensive training program designed to get you into production right away
  • Commit to 3-4 hours of daily prospecting & lead nurturing to generate a robust timeline
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Learn PLACE Technology to leverage out your lead generation activities and followup through use of autoplans, AI assistants, and various other propriety technology
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology so you know exactly how to plan your day and never let something fall through the cracks
  • Participate in weekly script practice and Team Power-Ups per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Take a client focused approach to real estate - we sell lifestyles, not homes!
  • No experience necessary but a sales background is a plus

Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
