How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead regional real estate strategy by translating complex portfolio data—including leases, budgets, and market dynamics—into clear, actionable business impacts that align with executive priorities and healthcare market growth.

  • Drive high-performing property transactions, directing the acquisition and disposition of ambulatory sites and medical office buildings (MOBs) to optimize the regional portfolio and support market-level expansion.

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability by directly leading multi-site real estate teams and rigorously managing third-party partners (including brokerage, tax, and property management vendors) to eliminate waste and maximize financial efficiency.

  • Build collaborative healthcare partnerships with internal finance, operations, and market leadership, as well as external brokers and attorneys, to ensure all property decisions are highly coordinated, transparent, and legally sound.

  • Champion team development and workforce planning by mentoring real estate associates, setting clear performance metrics, and preparing the team to meet evolving healthcare real estate demands.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Healthcare real estate experience is preferred, especially with hospitals, MOBs, ambulatory sites, or complex multi-site portfolios.
  • Broad real estate background with an understanding in property management, facilities, project management, and brokerage.
  • Experience in healthcare real estate, corporate real estate, commercial real estate operations, portfolio management, asset management, or property management
