MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE!


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients from contract to close. This role is responsible for managing transactions from accepted offer through closing, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents, and ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will handle listing management tasks such as preparing and inputting listings into the MLS, coordinating photography and staging, and monitoring listing activity.


In addition, this position provides ongoing client communication, schedules showings, inspections, and closings, and delivers a high level of customer service throughout the process. The role also includes assisting with marketing efforts such as email campaigns and social media, maintaining the CRM database, preparing reports and market updates, and supporting overall office operations through calendar management, organization, and general administrative tasks.

Compensation:

$50,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
