As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You’ll develop relationships, identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and build a business of your own with the support of experienced brokers.
What You’ll Do
  • Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
  • Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
