Da Vinci is searching for a high-energy, customer service focused purchasing associate who can to engage with clients in our purchasing department in San Carlos.

At Da Vinci, our purchasing department plays a critical role in fulfilling our brand promise of quality and service. The purchasing associate must project a professional and courteous impression to our clients, employees and other guests, so a friendly and outgoing personality is critical. You will handle the flow of phone calls and people through the business, ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
  • Responsible for learning company purchasing policies & procedures to maintain & exceed our client’s expectations
  • Create & process new Purchase Orders
  • Collaborate with suppliers & sales reps to ensure the correct material is ordered
  • Interact & communicate with clients, partners, suppliers, sales, contractors, and coworkers daily
  • Email clients with updates on their orders & ETA's
  • Collaborate with our warehouse teams on stock orders
  • Interact & assist our clients with will-calls that include outdoor support
  • Assist other members of purchasing team with other duties as needed
QualificationsQualifications
  • 3 years of Purchasing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding clientele
  • A sharpened sense of urgency, ownership & attention to finite details
  • An inspiring team player with an aptitude for appreciating the best in their teammates
  • A sense of understanding that all customers deserve equal attention and care
  • Self-motivated, organized, & able to multi-task
