Compri Consulting is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for a contract position in Milpitas, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute and process purchase orders (POs)
  • Communicate with vendors regarding lead times and delivery dates
  • Follow up on open orders and delayed deliveries
  • Update PO and delivery information as needed
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation


Qualifications:

  • Previous purchasing, procurement, buyer, or PO processing experience
  • Strong vendor communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders


Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite
