Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an SAP Operations Support Specialist to provide operational support for procurement activities within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience supporting Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), Service Entry Sheets (SES), and invoice processing. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end procurement operations within the SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for SLA Procurement, including:
    • Facilities
    • Contingent Workforce
    • Insurance
    • Other indirect procurement categories
  • Support PR creation for selected Tech Procurement requests (Finance and other business functions).
  • Monitor PRs through the complete procurement lifecycle, including:
    • Purchase Order (PO) creation
    • Goods Receipts (GR)
    • Service Entry Sheets (SES)
    • Invoice processing
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to answer procurement-related questions, provide guidance, and expedite procurement requests.
  • Track procurement requests to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and SAP records.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP procurement or SAP operations.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Hands-on experience with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), Service Entry Sheets (SES), and invoice processing.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting indirect procurement functions such as facilities, contingent workforce, finance, or insurance procurement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in a shared services or procurement operations environment is a plus.
