Role

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a Hybrid (San Jose, 3 days a week) role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Cloud Operations - Platform Services, within REIS Reliability Engineering. The Procurement Operations Analyst executes end-to-end procurement workflows for data center-related services, driving requests from intake through completion in Coupa and ensuring timely, accurate submission of requisitions, purchase orders, service requests, invoices, and reporting. This role improves operational efficiency and service-level performance through accurate tracking, cross-functional coordination, strong process discipline, and consistent follow-through.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Process, submit and manage procurement request intake through a shared team alias, ensuring requests are complete and accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled in Coupa, Jira, and related systems.
  • Support end-to-end processing for purchase orders and data center-related services, including colocation, IP transit, interconnects, blanket POs, and renewals
  • Monitor request progress against SLA expectations, following up on missing information, approvals, and blockers to drive timely resolution
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, billing and payment inquiries, Finance coordination, and tracking of related requests through Asana
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation, reconcile reporting data, and contribute to workflow improvements, operational consistency, and ad hoc projects

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, order management, or a similar operational role, including experience using Coupa and workflow or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Ironclad, and Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting procure-to-pay workflows, preferably for data center-related services such as colocation, space and power, IP transit, interconnects, cross-connects, or similar infrastructure services
  • Familiarity with contract and billing terms, including MRC and NRC, and the ability to support billing validation and related operational processes
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage high request volumes accurately, work within structured workflows and SLA-driven environments, and maintain timely processing
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage spreadsheets, reconcile data variances, maintain accurate reporting, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across internal teams
