Job description

Summary

Responsible for procurement execution, vendor master data management, and analytical reporting supporting maintenance operations across the compressor fleet. This role ensures timely purchasing of lube oil and telemetry, evaluates invoices, analyzes oil usage and spend, and maintains the major maintenance schedule to support operational readiness.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties
  • Generate purchase orders in SAP for lube oil and telemetry
  • Evaluate invoices for accuracy and process accordingly
  • Track credits and resolve discrepancies
  • Analyze oil usage and spend across compressor fleet
  • Build reporting for consumption and cost metrics
  • Create and maintain vendors in SAP
  • Support vendor onboarding and issue resolution
  • Update and maintain major maintenance schedule
  • Track service orders and align procurement with maintenance plans
  • Ensure material readiness for maintenance events
  • Support reporting using Excel and Power BI
  • Identify process improvements and cost savings opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, or Technical certification
  • 2-5+ years supply chain, procurement, or maintenance support experience
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in oil & gas or compression operations
  • Familiarity with MRO environments
  • Ability to develop Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Experience analyzing fleet or maintenance data
  • SAP experience (POs and vendor master data)
