This position handles all administrative work in the dealership, processes customer purchase tickets and payments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and post service tickets in accounting software
  • Post daily accounting
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Accurately maintain filing system for car deals
  • Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with GL posting strongly preferred
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail a must
