The Position: We are looking for an Entry Level Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team!
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required

Hours of operations: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $19 per hour
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task multiple locations and vendors

Overview:
The Entry Level Purchasing Coordinator position will report to the Director of Purchasing. This position shall have responsibility for prioritizing, planning, and managing daily workflow, purchasing tasks, status and reporting.

  • Ability to work from multiple computer systems
  • Monitor deadlines and hold vendors accountable
  • Ability to dispute and resolve issues involving shipping carriers and vendors
