Job Summary
Havel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers, traveling regionally.
  • Expand sales for existing contract customers
  • Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
  • Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of financial based sales.
  • HVAC, Mechanical, and controls systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledgeable in use of common computer and Microsoft programs/software.
  • Excellent at Managing processes, Decision making, Process improvement, and Customer service.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
