Job description

American Senior Communities is now hiring a Financial Procurement Coordinator

TheFinancial Procurement Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the financial, administrative, reporting, and systems functions of the Procurement Department. This position helps ensure procurement processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and facilities receive timely support for vendor and purchasing needs.

Key responsibilities include tracking capital expenditure requests, maintaining accurate contract data in Contract Management Software, managing the purchasing inbox, and promptly addressing facility vendor questions and DSSI access requests. The role also supports Quarterly Business Review (QBR) logistics, and the development of routine procurement reports and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required. Recent graduates welcome to apply. 
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred but nor required; internship or co-op experience a plus.
