Procurement Coordinator Indianapolis, IN (On-Site) Up to $65K Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

LHH is partnering with a respected Indianapolis organization seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement operations, supplier relationships, pricing analysis, and sourcing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain supplier pricing and cost data within ERP systems
• Support sourcing projects, RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and supplier issues
• Manage contract documentation and supplier records
• Analyze purchasing and pricing data using Excel
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-site in Indianapolis, IN
Pay Details: $63,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
