Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed price quotes and project estimates based on customer Statements of Work (SOW)
• Build accurate bills of material (BOM) for electronic assemblies, including boards, mechanicals, and custom parts
• Source component pricing and lead times from approved suppliers, factoring in MOQ requirements
• Use the M1 MRP system to manage customer data, supplier records, and pricing information
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and inventory teams to validate quote accuracy
• Follow up on open quotations and revise pricing as customer requirements evolve
• Triage incoming RFQ packages to identify missing information and prioritize next steps
• Deliver responsive customer service to both internal teams and external customers via email and phone
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Microsoft Excel (formulas) in recent role
- 1-4 years in an electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing (EMS), or technical production environment
- Experience communicating with vendors, customers, and suppliers
- Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems such as M1, Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar
Nice to have:
• Prior experience in a quoting, estimating, or pricing analyst role
• Experience as a buyer, production planner, procurement coordinator, or inside sales support specialist
• Direct experience with the M1 ERP system by ECi Software
• Working knowledge of PCB assembly, electronic components, or custom manufacturing processes
• Ability to read schematics and assembly prints

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
