Job Brief


We are searching for an energetic and customer-focused Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The Promotions Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, establishing strong relationships with guests, and assisting in coordinating casino promotions and events.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable about casino games and operations, and committed to ensuring guests have a positive and memorable promotional experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with casino guests, ensuring they receive personalized service.
Monitor guests' gaming activity and identify those who qualify for complimentary services.
Coordinate and execute casino promotions and events.
Respond to guests' inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in the development of incentive programs and marketing strategies to attract and retain players.
Communicate guest feedback to the Promotions manager and relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with casino policies and regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.



Their duties and responsibilities include:

Greeting and establishing rapport with guests
Explaining and promoting the casino games to guests
Monitoring guests' experiences and resolving any issues related to the services or games
Organizing and hosting special events, competitions, and functions to entertain guests
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return visits
Understanding the needs and preferences of clients and recommending tailored casino services
Ensuring compliance with all casino policies, procedures, and regulations within the gaming area
Handling guest complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Providing feedback to casino management about the casino's performance and guest satisfaction
Assisting the Promotions manager 



Qualifications
 

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or casino setting.
Knowledge of casino games, operations, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and respond to guest needs promptly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or business management is a plus.
Minimum six months' previous promotional experience in a casino setting is preferred.
