Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of product management experience, with 5+ years owning enterprise retail or commerce platforms.
  • Must Have: Experience with Trade Promotions
  • Must Have: Candidates who understand retail and promotions,
  • Proven experience delivering pricing, promotions, merchandising, solutions at scale.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail operations and promotional execution complexity

  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
  • Executive-level communication and influence across business and technology leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of KPIs, experimentation, and value tracking.
  • Experience working in Agile / Product Operating Models.
  • Comfortable managing tradeoffs across scope, timeline, tech constraints, and business value.

Preferred Qualifications
