Acquire is currently looking for ambitious individuals as an Entry-level Management Trainee! Due to recent business growth, our clients are looking for those who enjoy being around and working with people. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, who thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning on a daily basis.

In this position, you will be offered the opportunity to learn and develop skills vital for your career as a Marketing Manager. Management Trainees will cultivate negotiation skills, client acquisition, and leadership development during the paid training period. If you have had experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or other related industries, we encourage you to apply as we value the skills acquired in these fields!

Please note: this position is in-person so we are looking for candidates who are willing to commute to the Raleigh office. As this is an entry-level position in our company, we invite those looking to gain experience in a professional work environment to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Attend regular client training meetings to remain up to date on industry trends, promotions, and products
  • Creating new customer accounts and keeping existing customer accounts up-to-date
  • Planning/executing goals efficiently while collaborating with management to make sure team sales objectives are being met
  • Actively engage and work face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients to uphold the brand reputation
