As we grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience from a leading management consultancy to strengthen our Operations Strategy offering in Raleigh.

This is an opportunity to combine analytical depth, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.

Your Impact

You will lead high-impact operations and supply chain transformation engagements across industries, working closely with senior executives to shape and implement operational strategies that deliver measurable performance improvements.

Your focus areas may include:

  • End-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation

  • Cost management across the supply chain (our must-win battle)

  • Network design and footprint optimization

  • Operations performance improvement and productivity programs

  • S&OP / Integrated Business Planning

  • Procurement and inventory optimization

  • Sustainability integration into supply chain strategy

You will:

  • Advise COOs and senior operations leaders

  • Lead complex transformation programs from strategy to implementation

  • Facilitate executive workshops and drive decision processes

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Contribute to business development and growth of our U.S. operations practice

  • Coach and develop consultants on and off projects
