We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Finance Manager to support financial reporting and analysis across assigned entities. This position is onsite in Wendell, NC.
This Accounting Manager plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
  • Prepare and analyze financial results (actual vs. budget, forecast, prior periods)
  • Upload and reconcile financial data across reporting systems
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and related reporting
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Oversee sales, use, and property tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
  • Partner with leadership to improve reporting accuracy and processes
  • Provide backup support for close activities and contribute to ad hoc projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in general accounting and close processes
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in a public company and SOX environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
