Syntricate Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Admin to manage the administration of the ServiceNow tool. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, ensuring production stability, and participating in change analysis and planning.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administration of ServiceNow tool
• Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue
• Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope
• Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure? Production Deployment & Certification
• Pre-Production support
• Limited to Small Enhancements
• Code review and update as and when required for production issues
• Regression testing support for small enhancements
• Knowledge Management - Creating/Maintaining knowledgebase documents.
• Vendor Liaison for the applications in (TCS) scope? Performance/Status/SLA Reporting
