HighJump WMS Product Manager

Location- Cary, NC (Onsite)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Infios WMS to lead the evolution of our Warehouse Management platform and drive digital transformation across our supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for defining the product strategy, managing the roadmap, and delivering innovative warehouse capabilities that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS), a strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes, and a proven track record of leading products in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the Infios WMS platform.
  • Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain leaders, and business stakeholders to identify business priorities and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on customer value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.
  • Define product requirements by creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, solution architecture, and implementation teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Agile product management activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
  • Drive enhancements across core warehouse processes such as receiving, inventory control, replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, post-deployment support, and continuous product optimization.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure reliable connectivity between Infios WMS and enterprise applications including ERP, OMS, TMS, automation systems, and other supply chain platforms.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary product representative, fostering collaboration between business users, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Warehouse Management Systems, or enterprise application product management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS), including implementation, enhancement, or product ownership.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, or Business Lead supporting warehouse management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including:
    • Inbound Receiving
    • Putaway
    • Inventory Management
    • Cycle Counting
    • Replenishment
    • Picking
    • Packing
    • Shipping
    • Returns and Reverse Logistics
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery processes.
