If interested in this Manufacturing Production Test Technician (Electromechanical Tech) position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION TEST TECHNICIAN (ELECTROMECHANICAL TECH) | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Durham NC 27703 โ€“ 100% on-site Payrate: $22.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday โ€“ Friday, 2:00 PM โ€“ 10:30 PM (Must be available for 1st shift training for the first 4โ€“6 weeks) MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION TEST TECHNICIAN (ELECTROMECHANICAL TECH) | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Manufacturing Production Test Technician (Electromechanical Tech) will be responsible for the full lifecycle of testingโ€”from software installation and configuration to complex electromechanical troubleshooting and repair. This role is critical in ensuring our specialized vial-filling systems meet performance and quality standards before shipment.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION TEST TECHNICIAN (ELECTROMECHANICAL TECH) | RESPONSIBILITIES: Testing & Quality: Perform functional testing of automated systems to validate performance, accuracy, and safety. Document all test results, defects, and repairs. Troubleshooting & Repair: Use electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and multimeters to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software failures.

Software Configuration: Load software, execute firmware updates, and configure machine settings based on specific customer requirements. Production Support: Collaborate with leadership to meet shipping schedules, maintain a safe work environment, and provide feedback on process improvements. Documentation: Accurately record all work in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).

MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION TEST TECHNICIAN (ELECTROMECHANICAL TECH) | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) | Associateโ€™s Degree (AAS) in a technical field is preferred. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 3+ years of hands-on experience with electronics or electromechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Familiarity with computer hardware basics (e.g., identifying IP addresses, changing boot orders, using command prompts). Experience with software installation and firmware updates.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift or move at least 50 pounds. Safety: Steel-toe or composite safety shoes are required. Take the Next Step!
