Summary/Objective: The primary focus of this position is to grow single game revenue.
Essential Functions
  • Oversee the daily management of single game inventory for Timberwolves and Lynx.
  • Lead single game business performance including ticket revenue, yield, and utilization.
  • Oversee the design, creation, facilitation, and analytics for most of the General Public Promotions, for the purpose of generating revenue and ticket sales. These include promotions generated internally and promotions run with outside agencies.
  • Manage placement, pricing alignment, and sell-through strategy for inventory distributed through the secondary market to maximize revenue while protecting yield and brand value.
  • Monitor third-party ticket marketplaces for fraud, unauthorized resale activity, and policy violations, partnering with internal stakeholders and external platforms to address issues and mitigate risk.
  • Be fluent in ticketing technology and all other current and/or future technologies used for sale promotions management and development.
  • Develop and manage a year-round promotions strategy in partnership with Marketing through a centralized annual Sales Promotions calendar, prioritized by revenue impact and margin performance.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Finance to develop forecasts, set revenue targets and evaluate the single game financial performance.
  • Maintain consistent collaboration with Business Intelligence to design new promotions and conduct post-event analyses that assess single game revenue lift, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Optimize existing promotions and introduce new sales initiatives to directly support Fan Development programs while protecting yield and long-term revenue health.
  • Produce and regularly share clear, actionable reports on promotional performance, including revenue vs. budget, expense tracking, contribution margin, and game-by-game results.

Promotional items
  • Identify and introduce innovative promotional items designed to drive incremental sales and enhance promotional campaigns.
  • Evaluate and develop opportunities to generate incremental revenue beyond ticket sales, including sponsorships, food and beverage, hospitality spaces, and merchandise.
  • Manage and execute third-party partnerships supporting Single Game and Group Events.

Games
  • Coordinate delivery and set up all Sales Promotion items to designated locations.
  • Act as the lead customer service representative for Sales Promotions.
  • Manage all gameday marketing of Sales Promotions.
  • Communicate with all necessary parties for Sales Promotion activations each game day.

Experience: Minimum two (2) year of Ticket Sales experience preferred. Experience working in the business side of a professional, minor league or college team is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Compensation: The base salary range for this non-exempt role will be: $78,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. There are opportunities for an annual corporate bonus. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
  • Benefits: Regular full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, health saving accounts with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, and life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Additional benefits may include employer-paid short/long-term disability plans, generous fitness and well-being benefits, work-related reimbursements, and fully paid family/caregiver leave. Regular full-time employees start with 11 Holidays, at least 20 paid PTO days, 2 Volunteer days, and 4 Personal Holidays in each calendar year.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx home games, member events and meetings, and networking events. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate to high levels of noise.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
Travel Position may require travel to external events.
